It's been awhile...

And it seems like a good number of servers are shooting for the classic feel, good to see. Just out of curiousity, and a side note, I suppose; is there any server that's actually decently populated? The few servers I've clicked on had at most 10 players on. Has the community dwindled down that much? Or am I just choosing the wrong times to try and find a server to return on?

Several servers are fake classic.

Well, that's how it was last time I played. There was maybe 1 or 2 "true" classic servers, but I don't recall them having too many players either.

Is just 1 rebirth and no CPs really asking for too much? @_@

honestly there's no one playing pservers any more.

It's hard to say for sure exact populations as it seems most servers are too embarrassed to show their on-line count on the website but I've yet to see any really populated server (100+ concurrent)

It's weird though. There's a ton of pretty serious looking projects around and none of them seem to get any players... seems odd that so many ppl are investing that much time to not see their server played

Well, that's a shame. It was probably bound to happen sooner or later, though. Even though 100+ would be awesome, I may have to settle with whatever I can find

Dang...really wanted to get back into FBing and stuff, but there's no way I'm going back to retail.

That's how it was on EternalConquer but we had to shut it down, Although I invite you to try XioOnline once it goes BETA, It's currently in ALPHA so you can get online and test if you're up to it and nothing will be wiped upon beta. The server is targetting CO 1.0, Meaning none of the new crap is there. About population I can't say we have more than 5 testers and around 10 players at the moment and not constantly online but a good server attracts players.

Alright, thanks. I'll keep that in mind. If I can't find a decently populated server, I guess one that's just starting up will suffice. At least I won't be insanely behind on gear/levels lol.

There's a handful that do. They just aren't worth mentioning.
