Problem with updating

Ok I tried to install 3 times now and it still will not let me update. As you can see all boxes are unchecked and I am logged in. Nothing happens.

in this screenshot this korean message pops up and I have no clue what it says nor can i copy and paste into a translator but i get this when i log in:

Anyone got any ideas? I would really appreciate it :D

i had the same problem but i fixed it

Solution: Get a new kssn cause the one you have is a under the age of 14 years old account which you have to be at least 15 years of age to play that pop up that your getting is saying exactly that. so i got a new kssn and made is a above 14 years of age and it worked just fine just make sure you launch from the website.
