No one has released info on this yet so I'm going to.

This is what the rohan model library is based on.

There are structures on the site but they are slightly modified.

You can check this link for them.

Enjoy I hope the info helps some one!

Dark, thanks for starting this kind of thread, and since you started it I have few questions if you don't mind. Im 100% sure you know how to use RohanTool(the one used to swap textures) Back on my question. Could you please give me/us some instructions on using it? Or if there is some existing thread about it , dont rage at me, instead just send me the link or atleat tell me what to search for. Thank you in advance, have a good day.

RohanTool was an excellent piece of software at the time but it's been replaced by other tools which are, unfortunately, for private use among various devs.

One of the functions it lacks is the ability to recompile a gem after you've extracted it. All you can do is replace individual files within the gem archives.

For small things it's still really handy though.

Best way is to unpack the files you need.
Once this is done go in to gem.cfg
Insert # before the gem you are going to use extracted.

The path should be relevant to the info after.
So if for lets say etc\Bin\ it says res\model on the right.
It would be model\etc\bin

If you got any questions feel free to ask.
I'm not gonna yell at you like a lot of people would.

I would like to know if some1 has managed to export the models in an usefull format
such as:
-3DS
-DAE /+ Anim ?
-OBJ
-FBX /+ Anim ?
etc.

Sure.
12/07/2014 15:38 asmodeus812#12
You have ? Would like to demonstrate ?
12/07/2014 16:15 Ishtaria#13
Yurneroo has successfully exported Rohan's graphics over to Unity and has them fully functional.

He also claims to have the ability to import back into Rohan but I've not seen this done yet so I can't comment on whether it's true or not (although it probably is).

I've not yet written a reimporter into rohan but its trivial to do. I might plug in the eclipse war mobs to have a few new bosses and such.

As of more demonstration, you will find several pictures of whole maps imported into Unity3D in the Rohan 2.0 threads.

That is what i was looking for tho, exporter only to use the models in a project ! Does he care to share ?
