Don't deal with people with low TBM. Also yes, if you feel like it you should contact Riot, don't forget to -rate him on TBM

It's unfortunate. :< try to buy from only high tbm if you are buying stuff from people.

in the screen I have also appear my name of my account, if I report him and put that image I will get banned for try to buy an account, I know that is ilegal, or I create a false account and report in support saying that he has done a lot of reffs and is trying to sell that account?

Just use a new account and a new e-mail and everything is fine.

I know that I Will not try to buy nothing more..., why People try to steal money doing this things if they can do that accounts with reffs free and give a service, we pay that service, they could do it and win money with don't steal people.

That's why I only deal with people that

1) have great tbm or
2) accept merchant option on PayPal.

For instance, I was successfully able to charge back this kid who was trying to sell me RAFs for 10 euros because I did the merchant option. He fails to deliver, I'll charge back. He delivers, we will both be happy campers.

That's my way of dealing with low TBM sellers.

I don't care how good the deal is. Good TBM or merchant option.

Hahaha, for all the people saying that buy from low tbm people...high tbms just take off their negatives as they have mod friends.

I have a video of a 123/0/0 guy scamming me for $60 but there is still no way I am getting that money back.

A guy with 5 tbm is more likely to scam than someone with 50. Just how it is.

I'm a 2/0/0, not on here to scam either. One was a purchase and one was a sell. It really sucks when people tell others not to trust low TBM.. I mean are we supposed to purchase 50+ things on this site before we have a chance to sell?

Honestly, there will always be scammers but I can figure them out every time. I don't think it's very hard to tell if someone actually wants to purchase that item or if they're just trying to get you to send it to them for free... but it seems others beg to differ.
