Ok, i got this idead from _slimshady_ hotbot;
I made this "bot" with a program called Actionaz: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Install it and run it, the actionaz is a very simple and easy to use macro maker, i made this bot based on a pixel recognicion and loops and so on.
This is the script i made, im not goint to upload it, because its very easy to make, and ill teach you:

The 0001 action , the key "0" is the autoselect key, wich no need to tell, needs to be in action bar.
The 0002, or the pixel color parts are the most important thing in the macro, because i dont know how to work with opcodes and w/e, i made the macro recognize if the monster is dead or alive by the color in the health bar.
To make this, go to NEW ACTION> PIXEL COLOR and press OK, a menu will pop out to set the pixel color, press the first "Choose" that appears, with sro openned and a monster selected, the actionaz will minimize, now in sro press the mouse button in the monster hp, the most closely to the end as you can, it should look like this:

Now in the "If true" and "If false" select "Goto line/label" in the "If true" write 3 and in the if false write 0, thats what the macro will make in each ocasion. In my script, i only putted the key 1 (normal attack) and space (to grab stuff, there are other ways to do it =P), if you want, you can put skills and so.
The 0005 action will make the macro repeat the 1 and space key 5 times before checking if the monster is dead (0006), witch is basicly the same as the 0002.
Now, that you know how to make a basic, you can make one for your own char with your own way.
Dont tell me how to get the autoselect working, just use the search function because there are tons of post explaining that.
Also, im only 15 and i made this just to tell you how to make a more complex, yet easy to make bot.
If anyone wants to make a better bot based on this, with GUI and stuff like that, dont forget to give the credits
