Setting up a new private server .

How do I login into the game ? It tells me to go to navicat , but where is it ? I searched in all folder and I cant find it at all places I did go . I did login too but it says the server is maintenaincing or network congestion .

you need to download Navicat from another site then install it after that the server files should come with a account maker use account maker with user name and passw ord then copy and paist it to Navicat then run it and poof there ya go then can log in your server.
