Hello all !
Since one week i search how to have pixel color in another Windows like a game ? Because i want to know but i have a difficulty to use that in background (even windows is minimalized you can have the pixel !) if somebody have a idea i take ! :)

for the processor its abou 1 ms so what you mean?
