you missed to download the updates.
you have to download them too
and put them into your folder, by replacing the old files.

I've had same error,needed to redownload newest data.pk2,media.pk2 & particles.pk2 then it worked + need to always disable antivirus before playin' sr0 or make an exception [like I did in EsetSmartSecurity] to sro_client folder and... have fun!
