Try to learn AutoIt.
You can search for following tutorials:
- AutoIT Basics
- AutoIT ImageSearch
- AutoIT WinActivate
- Win32 Modules
- AutoIT Firefox HTML Getter
...

AutoIT owns a bunch of useful things to automate manual processes.
Like simulated keyboard inputs, mouse clicks and so on.

Best regards,

With Sleep() you can make the bot pause

To make a robust bot, I suggest you look into the mathematics of image searching, manipulation and scientific computing. Autoit is good, but it is very simple and easily breakable.

However if you are busy or hate math, then use autoit or some other automation tool
