this Launcher for prophecy server and I need someone to modify the program to put it in arabic client please /locale:Windows-1256 /country:ME
I try to make bat file and not work i dont know why

This should be posted in Rappelz Prophecy Thread. It isn't a good Idea to ask others to decompile the launcher and modify it. It's the job of the Prophecy Team to implement this features.

Since a bat launcher is doing exactly the same than the launcher.exe (calling SFrame with some arguments). A correct written bat launcher will work for 100% but i guess you provide the incorrect auth_port since it isn't the default port on Prophecy.

Talk to the Prophecy Team. That should be your first adress with problems like this.
