It's not a joke, it's 100% sure. I have 9 post here but I'm member since 2012.
Try with small packages and you'll see nothing is wrong. I already did it about 30 times.

if it's for the number of posts, ok I can understand.
But if you ask to me, you will realize that offer is 100% real, but limited in time.
If someone tries even with small personal packs (1-2 euro) you'll realize this is no joke.
But anyway... do whatever you want ;)
