i have small problem

i have problem with login to my account on s4 league . its show message >>>
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Either s4 is down or you gotta restart your pc.
If that won't work then no idea ;/

From the server
check in one hour later
I was playing and my ping spiked from 80 to 5k

O.o

I Try Restart My Pc and Login at another day and no thing ??? i hope one in the Forums Know My Problem ????!!!!!
