i have 103 accounts in lvl 10,they appear like that but i can get the reward of 100,why?

yeah i know but is the 14th of november isnt it?and i was able to get the 75 reward,but not the 100

the date of the change is ~14th, riot sent an email on the 14th october in which they said that users are able to redeem their refs one month

Hey, noted on another post but wanted to bump this one stating I have 3 accounts on NA, and they are having the exact same issue. all showing 103 to 104 refs. I could redeem all for ip, and yet could only redeem my 75th Ref prize. It seems that rito temp disabled the redeem for 100th ref button within the last 24-48 hours on NA servers. I hope Drag0n is wrong, but from the past 3-4 days of me refreshing in hopes of a 100 redeem button, no avail. No here's another strange fact, I have 2 account which 4-5 days ago I could redeem all ip for the 100 Ref accounts, and even had the Redeem button for the 100 Refs mark, but after clicking redeem - NOTHiNG. Not a thing. I have done this same thing many times before, and merely have to log in to LoL, click the sho and poof, there the RP updated and there it was. Well, 4-5 days ago, I would click reedem, and STiLL have yet to get my RP. I have clicked the shop button so many time I was temp banned from the shop on one account (just temp, but still). So my question would be to anyone reading this, have YOU been able to not only click redeem in the past 24-48 hours, but yet also be also to actually receive the RP after you did so? I would love to see a few people say "Yes".
