im looking for a nearly "blank" EUW S4 Challenger Account.

Im going to offer up to 50�. It doesnt matter if he was soloq, 3v3 or 5v5 challenger, but i will offer more if he was soloq challenger.

I dont pay for champs or skins since i dont need them.
