idk if vsro have already the arabic language in the textuisystem.txt if yes, just change the type.txt and it should be fine

Never tested it, but you can copy textuisystem from ISRO. And switch English phrases in vsro's textuisystem to an Arabian one. Have no idea if the SRO_CLIENT will be able to read it perfectly. My expectations are:
