account perm banned.

Well came home from work today and my ban still stands and I never got a reply.
First it was esculated to higher support on saturday and now the topic is closed. and I never got a reply or answer saying why. pretty gay lol.

ncsoft skrewed up and banned some botters and some innocent people... depending on who you are they may make an exception, fight it dont give up, checkout aionsource they have a full post on this by ayase

send another support ticket again
my guild mate had the same situation as you
sent another ticket with one line message "why am i banned?"
got unbanned within 5 hours
