Bind keys script ??

Sry for my language but i dunno speak german and just speak a little english ( im french ) but i want to know if is it possible o make a script which allow user to bind all actions in all keyboard keys or mouse

like i have a 5 buttons mouse : put jump on button 2 , heal on 3 etc....

would that be helping for ya?...don't think so...lol
