Cabal without internet games[Help]

Hello communty,
I wanted to ask whether we Cabal Offline Play
can.
So without internet.
Example: I have created myself a server on my pc. So I can offline without internet at all (no internet provider) games.?
If someone could help me there and maybe could tell you, I would be dismissed is very grateful.
I can connect with internet on my sever but I make my internet completely, I can not connect've already made the ip's on the router ip.
Can denne with Putty, WinSCP connect in the game but I can not connect

cabal is available only for online players

I think that for run a cabal server you need internet, to set the SQL server or something like that. I dont know very well the things you need to do to create a server but i think you need internet to at least download the files to set up your server.

You're not allowed to bypass the restriction,I will give u a warning now,next time you do this again you will recive a infraction.

No it is not.....he means running his own server.........AND YES you CAN run your own server on your own machine and connect to it offline..........

IF you wanted to connect to someone elses cabal server then yes you would need the internet...but not your own private server.....

IF the server runs on your computer then you can connect to it. Via the 127.0.0.1 IP (IP Address is your local lan IP address)
