PServer 999 ping problem, help?

Hi,
i'm trying to star a private server but when i test in local is all ok, if i start the server on my VPS i got 0 ping in lobby and 999 ping in-game..

Chat, points etc are working so packets are received..

Can anyone help me?

Yes, i used search function, Google, other forums but.. nothing..

Lobby Ping = keep Alive packet (25600)
Ingame Ping = UDP Fault

Firewall disabled so all ports are opened.. Any idea?

you have to open the ports on your router

Maybe the problem isn't about closed ports but about wrong handling/packets from your Gameserver?

VPS, firewall disabled (and all ports are open "host side")..

the problem is with packets...



The scenario:

Server file started on VPS

Client 1 started @ home
Client 2 started from my friend @ him home
(so different networks per client)

Lobby ping 0
In-game ping 999 (then invisible players)

I can't understand why if i start the server on a virtual machine on my computer is all ok.. (also me connected using wan ip and not local ip)
