you need to tell windows 8.1 open the HBF.exe as a program because windows 8.1 dun understand what is HBF.exe is, i will try to find the tut for you asapQuote:
1.Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click Search.)
2.Enter the name of the program in the search box, press and hold (or right-click) the search result, and then tap or click Open file location.
3.Press and hold (or right-click) the program icon, tap or click Properties, and then tap or click the Compatibility tab.
4.Select one or more of the settings (see the table below for more info).
5.If you want to apply the settings for that program to all accounts on the PC, tap or click Change settings for all users. Administrator permission required You might be asked for an admin password or to confirm your choice.
6.When you're done, tap or click OK.

Edit: Working again. Idk what happened 'though.
Ugh Edit 2: Okay. Now it's just frustrating. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. I don't know if this problem is server sided or client sided. (as of Nov. 8, 2014 6:20PM GMT +8)
Kinda sad because I was somewhat enjoying the server.
No free items @ Cash Shop (as of Nov. 8, 2014 8:05PM GMT +8) although you CAN get free cash by achieving/completing the monster kill count (The kill counter that goes 100/300/500/1000).
