What's the least level to do it solo with a red pass.

Yeah, my main goal is to farm so i guess farm....

hermit 12 can farm in srs at ayakashis they are light blue and can kill yakumo/abe

If you have the gear you can farm it easily at H1.

LM12 can do it on purple if mobs>kill is all that matters, for BE i guess.

Warriors might have a harder time and need ew meds, but everything else can do fine with very modest gear, Aya's arent too tough. Heck, back in Acclaim i did SrS with my nuker for months, 500def set, no trink and just karma neutral relics. No dodge so i would rage more and kill faster heheh Even my CS12 healer could take Ayas on, as long as it was 1on1, max 2on1.

But for best farm effect, can't do better than a ck hyb. Once you get used to the def-def-def-def-AoE cycle you can wipe SrS clean in 30m or so.

Going H12 and red pass will still drop BE, but that relies on them keeping the drop rate as is. On a normal server H12 grinding light blues has a truly sucky BE drop rate...
