I got a paypal case and I am not very experienced with paypal.
I am looking for advice from someone with a lot of paypal experience.
In return, IF I win the case, I will give some e*gold in return.
Basically:
-I paid money via 'I am paying for goods and services' for an intangible good.
-User did not send me what I paid for.
-I want to open a dispute, but I am not sure how all this works.
