Doubt changing clan is possible, it's server sided. Also doubt there is a HP bug. Teleport hack is possible though I believe.

Hp bug was a "glitch" I found while using str8inyou's trainer (after clicking revive, don't heal, and voila invincible, but also can't damage others), and the teleport was the speed hack. (makes you appear anywhere you click)
