Recource tool bug

Hellow guys.I need help.Evrythink i do with the Recource tool dont work.I replace it,save it and start tehn s4 but nothink happend.Do anybody knows why:handsdown:

For your information all hack not working for win7 32bit ,

For your information Recource tool works for 32bit.

Yep, Resource tool is the only thing working for 32 and 64bit.
It does not need to bypass the hackshield, You only change something in the resource.hd file or something.
And then you dont need to start a bypass or anything else.

thats what makes it able to work on 32 and 64bit.
