[Release]Add Text in CLI at Private Servers (Custom Client)

Hey pserver admins and members,

Today I rewrote some parts in the 4.1 DarkOrbit Client. Now you are able to send text in the CLI (or ACP) ingame.
If you want to do a help command or anything else for admins, which can help very much.

Screen:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Packet:
0|ACL|Message to display

You have to send an \n for a new line. Else it will look very ugly, if he sends a command
("MessageCommand" instead of "Message
Command")

Did you add the if in the emulator?
Did you reload, without loading from cache?
