Hi, i recently being blocked for using cheat on cfeu,

i ask to the support how long but the never answer me.

So do you know if ban are permanent, or just a week or a month?

Try to log in to the game, than a pop up window will tell you for how long. If it doens't show you the time your block is permanent.

is there a way to recover it?

When it's permanent blocked it depends on the reason why.
When you hacked and got blocked mroe than one time with this account, you can't get it back.

Another possible way to get your accunt back is to write the support, they will support you with all you want to know and in your case whats the reason for the bann.
Maybe you have the chance to get it back, depends on the support.
