Not sure if you mean this (you should change 1010 with the portal ID) :

/run add_field_prop(1010,6000)
1010 -> FieldProp ID
6000 -> Time

1) quest props files (QPF)
2) FieldProps - create a fieldprop in a database & patch a client with your rdp & and spawn it using add_field_prop command (see my topic about 8.1 GS commands)
