Refs gone?

Hi sorry if this is the wrong section, and if so, please move it.


Are the referrals gone? I can't access rewards.[server].leagueoflegends.com for 3 days now, can anyone else open it?

P.S. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] gets the Error: 500 Something's Gone Hextechnically Wrong.
