Plat 3 to 1

Looking for a trusted booster. I am at plat 3 and 89 LP (points) almost plat 2 and want to get to plat 1. I want it to do done quickly and by someone who can consistently win. Just saying using VPN is rather dangerous unless it's a private and paid VPN. A lot of botters, referral people, as well as boosters use similar VPNs and they get hit hard time to time.
