How to change the lvl requirement on modes like lvl 40 for UM instead of 50

Drew isn't trying to unlock HM/UM without the level requirement.
He is trying to find out how to change it from level 50, back to level 40.

There are 2 ways you could do it:
1. Directly editing the Assembly (Haven't checked if it's completely hard-coded or not).
-OR-
2. Tricking the Game Server into the character unlocking the Mode at a certain level by cleverly modifying the Stored Procedures that apply to this functionality.
Hint - Use SQL Server Profiler to establish how the Game Server is communicating with the MS SQL Database.
