There is many ways to get your IP Changed and if he was IP banned changing hes IP just so he can come back to a place where he was IP Banned, he can have further problems.

I saw that...Whoever is bradz unban everyone otherwise ill make you stop looking at your server console and start trying to look for him made it do that.
