In this Event you cant get anything permanent.
And I hope nobody will share this bug.
(I guess it doesnt even work with resource tool)

Lol wrong. You can still farm gear capsule,wich means a permanent weapon :)

Yea, first you have to get enough caps and enough luck to get the gears you need. :)

It doesend exists a bug/exploid for Halloween all only fakes

All intelligent ppls know what i want to mean with this =D
