ECSRO VIP PROBLEM!!!

i try to play ECSRO vip but every time i have this problem and its Exit from game!!

what i need to do?some ppl said to me that i need some file but i dont know where to get this file !

its ISRO but i was in ECSRO and than this problem was and it out from ECSRO and i was enter to ISRO cheak my EXP char ^^and i was screen this pic !!
are u sure that is that problem only to fix?

like he wrote it fixes that problem had the same to after i did change particels + data is worked just like before
