Spawn points

Yeah thats my question .. does anyone have info's about spawnpoints with mobs on a 45sec or 1m spawn? Not in dungeons please. But outside there are some places .. i found one good in the orc lands .. but only good until ~16-17. Now im on the search :)

lvl 15 prowler (spiders)
lvl 17,19 liereins, elder liereins
lvl 20 dark succubus (poison spiders near)
lvl 20-22 hobgoblins, ol mahum rangers (dion)
lvl 28-32 eg crawler, ghuls, trees
