[Help]Paying 25$ to open server on my vps

i have a VPS server (windows VPS)
and i want to make Flyff Private Server .
but every time i got db.ini error (cannot read database.ini)
and my vps is on 10 days period and i want to rebuy it /
so the guy who makes my private server online (build on my vps)
i can maximum give him- 25$ paypal or 16$ BTC .

i can pay first ! :)
that u can see i dont scammer so for trust guys i can pay first :)

Many kind people does it for free,because it's not so difficult.

Have you tried the tutorial from sedrika to set a v15 Server?
