map problem

hi epvpers i have some question,., how to fix the map key when i press M the map will comes in my windows but my neuz will crash., sometimes not crash., or anyone know for fix this?

im using this map.,
in my test server not crash but in official online will crash sometimes

press 2x times(quick) M. Your Neuz is crashed.
