Need to buy a root but which one?

I want to buy a root server but i dont know which root i need :/

How much gb , linux or windows, how much ghz

Usually server files can run at 4GB RAM but you need a nice machine so everything run smoothly
Make sure the processor is powerful incase you need some virtual machines running on your actual machine.
Get something like 24GB RAM + the more the better
