Fortress war issue

Ok first let me say that the fortress war is working and everything is acting the way its supposed to and when completed it teleports everyone back out and gets set to reset to defend , BUT upon returning to the fortress nothing is reset , the doors are still broken and the towers are still destroyed and so is the heart , for some reason non of them are resetting for the defend section of the fortress war , does anyone know why or had this problem before or know what the problem can be ? Haven't they got to be rebuilt by the commander/deputy at the fw administrator inside the fortress?

Or maybe im thinking of upgrades....

no your thinking about upgrades , the fortress resets so that it has to be defended by the new occupying guild until the end of the fortress war
