You maybe meant.. "All p-servers with a thread on elitepvpers got deleted now by bigpoint"
As we're online, oneultimate was too but i dont know what happened with them.

No. Bigpoint will take it down like most of the other private servers and the owner of the server will get sued. Also the players will loose their Accounts so I would say he can offer it for a download but it has to be played offline.
