Game shut down - question marks

Hello, I have a question. Always when I porting or at a higher workload of the server, then the client crashes and the screen will be show question marks. Does anyone know how to remove this error?

This error has many reasons
1-The Client detected the hack and had to shutdown
2-The server lagged alot and crashed

First solution:
Download CFF explorer
1-Open Client.exe (metin2.exe or metin2.bin)
2-Go to > File Header
3-Characteristics > Click here <click this button
4-It will pop up a window named > Characteristics> Check mark (x) the > App can handle 2gb address space
5-Click File > Save

Error ?????? ?????? or Visual C++ Abnormal Program Termination are same error.
This error occurs because Client generally can't handle large maps or intense graphics with large adress space

And second solution is :
1-Run "cmd" as administrator
2-write this command :
bcdedit/set IncreaseUserVA 2800
and[ENTER]
3-Restart computer
