Release DP files ? poll

So the last 48 hours had been a legal nightmare.
So what happened?
We got a case claim down by BP through dmca.com

My PayPal got disabled and we lost every bit of euros on it.
Several other servers was at some point harmed.

I may admit i knew the assult was coming, but my insider where to late to reach me.

I have today spoken with my own laywer and judge about this case.
Of cause in terms that you might not understand.
Also on the way to my banks HQ to figure out how much it has harmed med bank wise.
And why they could withdraw money from my bank accounts.

Cryz and i would Like to present this poll to get a inside thinking in the community.
We are not scammers and you can blame BP everythibg.

Should we release our files to the public or not?

I'm totally against it.
There would be the same thing like with azure. Not a very good code (nothing against you cryz, but you know what I mean. It's azure based so it can't be good)

I'm sorry that this project got problem with BP...
I think this was the best one darkorbit private server, and the first really good PvE server.
I also think that you and all your team spent so much time to work on it, so it's an hard choice to decide to share or not your files...
And I thought that with the donation system, private servers don't have any problem with BP... As I can see, I was in wrong

I'm also working into a private server of darkorbit 2009, and I think I will try to make it for the community. then everyone will have the possibility to open his own private server and play with best friends.

Personally I vote "yes" because I'm against BP, and I'm sure that someone will continue your work.

Whatever choice you will take, I respect your work. And thanks
for having revived the old good darkorbit!

I totally respect your work and the time you spent, seems like a really long work , in that case i would vote no, Incase of that You wanna that we take revenge(epvp community) agaisnt bigpoint, i vote yes, as we can start many good things from it, ofc, with precaution of not beign caught and with some extra tools to defend agaisnt copyright.
