Man, install on the default login, and use "sa" as a username when logging in.
Also, you have to install on mixed mode, to specify a password.
Make sure the password matches the one you used when installing.
Doublecheck all configs. And by saying doulechack, I don't mean "think about it, and remember that you have already changed those, so ignore this step", I mean to DOUBLECHECK all the configs.
If that doesn't work, then... ur screwed.
EDIT: also reported for a huge image without a spoiler tag.
