Aion Store

Can anyone tell me is this store legit, how do they give out account info or serial number and if it is a good one?
Also what will I have to do after I get the serial, type it on official AION site?

Just bought a Key there, they said they would call me to verify my profile. I waited 2 days and nothing happened.
I cancelled my ordner and now I'm waiting for the refund. The first Supporter said i would get it in less than two hours. Today another supporter said i wouldn't get it before monday.

so i assume they are idiots...
