Programming mobile app

Hello.

I don't know if this is the right place for this thread but .. I need some help with this.
So I have like.. A month to create a mobile app. It is kinda simple.
Details :
- Work on android.

That's all.
Uhmm... The app should be something like a shop but it wouldn't sell things. The things would be listed and once you go on them(click them) , they give you a discount code. (that you can use in a real shop)
It doesn't look that hard , right ? (keeping in mind I have a whole month of time)
The thing is..
I haven't ever made any kind of app and I don't really know programming. :/
So I really need some help with this , tips and etc.
I'm thinking about using PhoneGap for this. Or it's a bad idea ?

So , yeah. What is a good way for a guy like me to program the app ?
Also, If I make its design in photoshop , can I actually put it in my app? (which would be pretty good since I know how to photoshop)
If yes , how ?

Well I guess phone gap is pretty nice for building fast and easy apps. You can use your photoshop designs easily and its enough for your needs. But you need to know HTML CSS and Javascript, if you don't have any experience with this, i don't know if you can create a good app in one month
