Please Help

Well, Im a Grandchase player from Philippines and some of you knows that GCPH nowadays really really sucks, Because of stupid GM's who still doing nothing for the sake of our server, No Updates, No events. :rtfm:

Now, I'm really done and I want to play in other international Grand chase server like North america server. But I can't download and register an account for it because of Region block. so If you have UPDATED tutorials not the old tutorials. please give me one.

You can use a proxy such as AOL 9.6. Search on google how to use AOL proxy. It has almost no lag and gives you an NA ip. The rest should be easy.
