New event NPC info?

anyone have any good info for what does it gives the new event npc-s? like how much ammo or does it gives anything else then souls the new marcels?

First you have to sink ships Part Description of the event, so that there were ships of 2nd Part Description. they do not appear, however, any time.
And new alphonse gives you the same reward. New Marcelle 120mln hp and 30mln pv,hit 32k,and i don't know what gives
