Well I said I would release this item a while ago..
Its not the best tool, however it has its uses.
It will allow you to view what each Players (Units) has.
Also it shows Level ,CAP level, Name, Fleet, Squad, Money, ZPs, PKP, VIP, Spouse, Account ID, and Potency, Unit ID, Unit Overhaul #, Type of unit, Unit Name.
Ok so lets get down to the basics.
1.) The User section on the left shows you a list of Player names that are in the database. Should you click one it will load up into the boxes all of the information.
2.) Once selected a player you can do multiple functions with it. If you go to "Options" on menu strip it will allow you to Upgrade/Downgrade VIP LVL, Add Zero Point Cards (270 and 1380 in increments of 1-5 cards), Appoint the Player a [GM] status or [PM] status or remove it. Or give the player a Bonus.
2a.) How the "Bonus" works is it uses the Bonus NPC to award a bonus. You can add your own bonus options into this tool. You would simply click "File"->"New Bonus" it will open up a new window. In the "Action id" textbox you will type in the actual cq_action that you create of your own to award a bonus from awarding items to zps.. in the "Description" textbox you put a description so that you will know what it does. Then simply hit "Add Bonus" and now that bonus will be in the "Give Bonus" window.
3.) The "View" menu button will let you view a currently selected players items. It shows you "ALL ITEMS" that player has, then gets marked down to what each "UNIT" has. You can also adjust these stats if you know what you are doing.
Setting it up should be rather simple. At the moment the Config.ini file is set up as
