I must disagree with ipr0ud
It's been a few months since I last played on p4story, but I got two characters within a month to levels 90+, both with equip +18 - +22 without spending a single cent.
About the other servers I don't have my opinion as I haven't tried them (yet).

Yeah p4 is good but is hard to get eq . I know players with eq +24 for free .
