[Problem] SjSro ID gone

Hi, =)
i was playd sjsro before 1monnth
and than i quit
and yesterday i wantd to back play and its write to me wrong id/pw
its can be that my id deleted ?
cuz i dont think some one hacked my char
no one knew my id+pw & my comp clean from all kind of virus's

it was happend to some one ?

im 2 month sjsro still N/A and when install program change my ip net net still cut
and im still 2 month post this in more site's silkroad and not get help for that problem
and today my open luncher game work and back again N/A
im now play Ecsro is Fucking Rate But work ^^
