Europe pserver

Hi there , is there any europe english private server with ncsoft 4.7 support?

Patch 4.7 hasn't been released with the English language packs yet (by NCwest and GameForge respectively) so unless someone did the translations by themselves, you're asking for something that does not exist.

i intended if i can use the 4.7 client and not downgrade it, gamez aion got europe server but its kinda empty, im looking for another one

I think you may be confusing yourself with the version numbers. There are currently not a single server with an English client running 4.7. They are at most running 4.6.

Not Aion and Just Aion are among those that do.
